How to Post a Job
Post a job listing and receive applications straight to your company email.
Job posting is included with a Business Account. Applications arrive in your email inbox, not in a platform dashboard you have to check.
Posting
Open Post a Job
From your dashboard, click Post a Job.
Write the role and description
Title, responsibilities, and requirements. The description has room for real detail, so use it.
Add category, location, and salary
Pick from the 16 IT categories. Salary range is optional but gets noticeably more applications.
Publish
Your listing appears on the Jobs page and is indexed by search engines.
Five active listings at a time
The limit is on active listings, not total
A Business Account allows up to 5 active job listings simultaneously. Close or deactivate one and a slot frees up immediately. Closed listings stay in your history.
Applications go to your email
Every application is delivered directly to your company email as it is submitted. Nothing queues, nothing is filtered, and no algorithm decides which ones reach you.
Check the email address on your account
Applications go to the address configured on your account. If that inbox is one nobody reads, applications quietly pile up unseen. Worth verifying before you publish.
Getting good applicants
Include a salary range
The single biggest factor in application volume.
Be concrete about the stack
"React and Node, PostgreSQL" tells a developer more than "modern technologies".
Fill in your company page
Candidates check it before applying, especially at smaller companies.
State remote or on-site clearly
Ambiguity here wastes everyone's time.
Making a listing stand out
Posting is included. Featuring a listing on the homepage is a separate paid ad, billed on its own. See advertising.
Reaching out first
You do not have to wait for applications. Browse talent and contact people directly, which often works better for specialized roles.
