Recruiting Talent vs. Collaborating with Businesses

Two different ways to reach out on Hirevers, and when to use each one.

Hirevers has two outreach actions, and people mix them up. The difference is simply who is on the other end.

You want toUseYou are contacting
Hire an IT professional for your team or projectRecruitAn individual
Partner with another companyCollabA business

Both require an active Business Account, because both reveal contact details.

Recruit: reaching an individual

Use this when you want someone to work for you, whether as an employee, a freelancer, or on a single project.

Find them

Browse Find Talent and filter by category.

Check the work

Portfolio first, description second. The work tells you more.

Send a recruit message

Your Hirevers company profile link is included, so they can see who is approaching them.

Continue by email or WhatsApp

The conversation moves to normal channels from there.

Collab: reaching another company

Use this for business-to-business partnerships, such as subcontracting overflow work, joint projects, referral arrangements, or supplier relationships.

Collab is not for hiring people

If the other side is an individual doing the work themselves, that is recruiting even if they have a company name. Collab is for company-to-company arrangements.

Why your company profile matters

Both messages carry a link to your company page. That page is what the recipient checks before deciding whether to reply.

Fill in name and description

An empty company page reads as spam.

Keep the badge active

It shows you are a paying, real company.

Say what you actually do

Not aspirational marketing. Concrete beats impressive.

Keep listings current

Live job listings signal an active company.

The Busy status

Busy marks your business as not currently taking on new work or partnerships, without hiding your profile. Useful when at capacity but not wanting to disappear from the platform. It requires an active Business Account.

What Hirevers does not do

No escrow, no dispute resolution, no contracts

Hirevers connects the two sides and stops there. There is no payment holding, no arbitration, and no contract templates. Agree terms in writing directly with the other party, and keep records of everything. If a platform-level issue comes up, email hello@hirevers.com, but the working relationship itself is between you and them.
