Adding Your Team to a Company Profile
Put real people behind your company page, starting with the owner profile.
Your team appears publicly on your company page, visible to anyone browsing Hirevers. A page with real people on it gets more replies than one that is only a logo and a paragraph, because talent want to know who is actually reaching out to them.
Adding team members requires an active Business Account.
The owner profile comes first
The owner profile must be complete
Adding an owner requires all four of name, email, photo, and description. Anything missing and it will not save. This is deliberate: the owner profile is the one talent look at hardest, so a half-filled version does more harm than none.
Whoever runs the company goes here, whether that is the founder, CEO, or director. There can be only one owner per company. To change who it is, edit the existing entry rather than adding a second.
The owner always appears first in the list.
Other team members are optional
Name is the only requirement
Everything else can be left blank for non-owner members.
Add a role if it helps
"Lead Developer" or "Head of Design" gives useful context.
Email is optional
Leave it out if you want enquiries to reach one address only.
Photos help most
Real faces read as a real company more than anything else on the page.
What each entry holds
| Field | Owner | Other members |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Required | Required |
| Required | Optional | |
| Role or job title | Optional | Optional |
| Description | Required | Optional |
| Photo | Required | Optional |
Descriptions can run up to 500 characters, which is a short paragraph. Enough for what the person does and their background, not a full biography.
Writing a good description
Say what they actually do
"Handles backend architecture and client integrations" beats "passionate about technology".
Mention real experience
Years in the field, or the kind of projects they have delivered.
Skip the buzzwords
Developers read these pages and notice the difference immediately.
Small companies and solo founders
If you are a one-person company, an owner profile alone is enough and completely normal. A single well-filled profile beats a list of invented names, and startups are exactly who Hirevers was built for.
Adding and editing
Open your business profile settings
From the dashboard, go to your company profile.
Add the owner first
Fill in all four required fields.
Add other members if you want to
Only the name is required for these.
You can edit or remove entries at any time. There is a limit of 20 additions per hour, which normal use will never reach.
If a member cannot be saved
The most common causes:
- The owner is missing email, photo, or description
- An owner already exists, so edit that one instead of adding another
- The name is under 2 characters
- The description exceeds 500 characters
- The Business Account has expired
