How talent is ranked
Matching skills
Skills on their profile that match your job's tags and title count the most.
Relevant experience
Services or portfolio projects in the same category as your job.
Verified and complete profiles
Verified talent and fuller profiles rank higher.
Open to work
People who are available rank above those who are busy. Talent who are not available are left out.
Each card explains why the person was recommended, for example "Matches React, Node.js".
Which plans include it
3-month and annual Business plans
Recommended talent is included with the 3-month and annual Business Account terms. On the monthly term, you see how many people match your job and can upgrade to see who they are. See pricing.
Contact details work the same as everywhere else on Hirevers: visible with an active Business Account.
Getting better recommendations
Add skill tags to your job
Tags such as React or PostgreSQL are the strongest signal. A job with no tags gets fewer matches.
Use a clear job title
"Backend Developer (Node.js)" matches better than "Rockstar wanted".
