What Happens When Your Business Account Ends
There is no subscription to cancel. Here is what happens when a Business Account term expires and how to bring it back.
There is no cancel button, because there is nothing to cancel. A Business Account is bought as a fixed term and simply stops at the end of it. Hirevers never charges you again automatically.
No action needed to stop
If you do not want to continue, do nothing. Your term runs out on its own and no further payment is taken.
What you keep
Your account is not deleted or downgraded in any damaging way. These all stay exactly as they are:
- Your company profile page and its content
- Your job listings and their history
- Your account, login, and email address
- Any reviews and activity connected to your company
What you lose
The hiring features stop working until you buy another term:
- Seeing talent contact details, such as email and WhatsApp
- Posting new job listings
- The business badge on your profile
Getting it back
Buy another term from the pricing page. Everything returns as soon as the payment is confirmed, with nothing to set up again.
Deleting your account entirely
Ending a Business Account and deleting your Hirevers account are different things. If you want the account itself removed, go to your dashboard settings and use the delete account option there. That action is permanent.
