How to Browse and Contact Talent
Find IT professionals on Hirevers and reach them directly by email or WhatsApp.
Browsing is free for everyone. Seeing contact details and reaching out requires an active Business Account.
Finding people
Open Find Talent
Go to Find Talent and filter by one of the 16 IT categories.
Read the portfolios
Every profile is built by the person themselves. Real projects, files, and links, rather than a resume claiming things.
Check the verified badge
A gold checkmark means five or more published portfolio projects. It cannot be bought or applied for.
Contact them directly
With an active Business Account, their email and WhatsApp appear on the profile. Message them however you prefer.
The conversation happens off-platform
Hirevers has no inbox or chat. You get someone's real contact details and take it from there, which is why replies can come within the hour rather than after a platform relays them.
What the verified badge does and does not mean
It means five published projects
Awarded automatically once the profile reaches that number.
It is not a skill assessment
Hirevers does not test anyone. Judge the work yourself.
It cannot be purchased
No paid tier grants it, for talent or for businesses.
Unbadged profiles can still be good
Someone with three excellent projects may suit you better than someone with five average ones.
Writing a first message that gets answered
Name the actual project
Specific beats "we would like to discuss an opportunity".
Mention budget and timeline
It saves both sides a round of messages.
Complete your company page first
Talent look at it before deciding whether to reply.
Reference their work
Mentioning a specific project shows you actually looked.
Saving people for later
Bookmark any profile to revisit it. Saved items live in your dashboard and bookmarking is free for every account, so you can build a shortlist before upgrading.
Recruiting versus collaborating
Contacting an individual to work for you is recruiting. Reaching another company for a partnership is a collab. See recruit and collab.
