Businesses with an active Business Account can use the AI Agent for two tasks: improving the company profile and creating job postings. Start it at hirevers.com/ai with the AI Agent button.
Business Account required
Both tasks need an active, paid Business Account. Without one, the AI Agent shows an upgrade notice. See Free vs Business Account.
Company profile
The agent reads your current company description and industry and suggests an improved version.
- Nothing is saved until you press confirm.
- Ask it to keep your facts and only polish the wording if that is all you need. It does not add claims like "leading" or "best".
Try: "Make our company description more professional, but keep all the facts."
Job postings
Describe the role and the agent writes a complete job posting.
What it asks for
The role, the job type (full-time, part-time, contract, freelance, or internship), and what the person will do. Location, remote work, and a salary range in US dollars per month are optional.
Contact email filled in for you
It uses the contact email on your account, so you are not asked for it.
Saved as a draft
The job is hidden until you press Publish on the result card.
Clean formatting
Responsibilities and requirements are written as clear bullet points, and the title contains just the role name.
Try: "Post a job for an IT Project Manager, full-time and remote. They lead our developer team and manage project timelines. At least 3 years of experience with Agile or Scrum. Salary $800 to $1,500 per month."
Five job postings per company
A company can have up to 5 job postings, including drafts. Update or delete an older posting to make room. If your Business Account came with a trial ad, it is applied when you publish a job.
Updating an existing job posting
The agent sees your current postings, so you can ask for changes directly, for example "Raise the salary range of the Project Manager job to $1,000 to $1,800". It only changes what you asked for.
