What each Hirevers AI feature can see, what it can change, how your text is processed, and what you should not share with it.

Hirevers AI only works with your own account and with public listings on Hirevers. Here is exactly what each feature can see and do.
What each feature can see

Your account only
The AI Agent is locked to the signed-in account. It cannot see or edit another user's items, and it cannot delete anything, change payments, or manage advertising.
How your text is processed
To generate a response, the text you send and the account data needed for your task are sent to third-party AI model providers. Hirevers uses more than one provider so the features keep working when one is busy.
Do not share sensitive information
Leave out passwords, ID numbers, bank details, and private contact details of other people. The AI never needs them.
Check before publishing
Everything the AI writes can be reviewed and edited before it goes public.
Conversation history
- AI Chat: conversations are saved to your account so you can come back to them. Delete any chat from the sidebar.
- AI Agent: conversations are not saved. They disappear when you leave or reload the page. The items the agent created stay in your dashboard.
- Improve with AI: nothing is stored beyond the text in your form.

Can Hirevers AI see other users' private data?
No. The AI Agent only reads and changes items in your own account. AI Chat searches public listings on Hirevers. Neither can access another user's private account data.
Are AI Agent conversations saved?
No. AI Agent conversations only exist while the page is open. AI Chat conversations are saved to your account so you can return to them, and you can delete them at any time.
