Which payment methods can I use?

PayPal

Pay with a card or PayPal balance. Easiest for most people.

Bitcoin

No bank or card needed, works anywhere.

Bank transfer and e-wallet

Indonesian options are coming soon, not live yet.

I do not own any Bitcoin. Can I still pay?

Yes, use PayPal. You never need to touch cryptocurrency. See paying with PayPal.

Is Bitcoin risky or complicated?

Less than it sounds. You send a fixed amount to an address shown to you, and the blockchain confirms it. A link to a public explorer lets you watch the confirmation yourself. See paying with Bitcoin.

Send the exact amount, within 30 minutes

The request expires after 30 minutes so the dollar amount stays accurate. If it expires, nothing is lost, because an expired request was never paid. Sending less than shown leaves it unconfirmed.

My payment says Pending. Did it fail?

No. Pending means received but not fully confirmed. Bitcoin needs network confirmations and PayPal occasionally takes minutes. It usually resolves on its own. If it stays far longer than expected, email us with the transaction ID.

How long does a Business Account last?

The term you paid for: one month, three months, or a year. It does not renew automatically, so you are never charged unexpectedly. A notification arrives before it expires.

Is there a subscription to cancel?

No. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Not buying another term is how you stop.

What happens when it expires?

You lose the hiring features. Your company profile, job posts, and account stay intact. Buy another term and everything returns. See what happens when it ends.

Is the annual plan actually cheaper?

Yes. Monthly is $19.99, three months $49.99, a year $149.99. Annual works out to roughly seven and a half months at the monthly rate.

Can I get a refund?

Email hello@hirevers.com with the transaction details if you believe something was charged in error. The transaction ID is what lets us find it quickly.

My referral code was rejected. Why?

Typed incorrectly

Codes never contain I, O, 0, or 1. Those are usually mistyped lookalikes.

Not your first purchase

Referral discounts apply to first purchases only.

The code does not exist

Worth checking with whoever gave it to you.

The checkout page tells you which applies before you pay.

Why is my own referral discount not applying?

Using your own discount requires an active Business Account. If yours expired, it stops applying until you reactivate. Your code still works for other people either way.

Do renewals count toward my referral total?

No. Only a person's first purchase counts, which keeps referral numbers meaningful.

Can I withdraw referral coins as money?

Yes, as Bitcoin, once you reach the required tier. See cashing out referral coins.

Does buying ads make me appear higher in search?

No. Ads sit in fixed, labelled slots and do not change where your profile appears in normal browsing or search.

How many ads can I run at once?

One active ad per business. You can switch which one is active from your dashboard whenever you like.
