Which payment methods can I use?

I do not own any crypto. Can I still pay?

Yes, use PayPal. You never need to touch cryptocurrency. See paying with PayPal.

Which crypto should I use?

If you pay from an exchange, use USDT or USDC. One token equals one dollar, and the payment is matched by its unique amount, so it confirms automatically even when the exchange sends from its own address. Use Bitcoin if you pay from your own Bitcoin wallet. See paying with USDT or USDC and paying with Bitcoin.

Why is my USDT amount something like 49.9937?

The last digits identify your payment. Send exactly that amount so it can be matched automatically.

Can I scan a QR code to pay?

Yes. Bitcoin payments show a QR code with the address and amount, and most wallets fill in both. USDT and USDC payments show a QR code for the address, and you enter the amount yourself.

My payment says Pending. Did it fail?

No. Pending means Hirevers is waiting for your transfer or for the network to confirm it. Press I Have Sent - Verify Payment after sending. USDT and USDC usually confirm within a minute, Bitcoin within 10 to 30 minutes.

I sent crypto but my plan is not active

Do not pay again. Open Payments from your dashboard and use Report payment with your transaction ID. You get a notification when it has been reviewed.

I sent crypto on the wrong network

Contact Hirevers support with the transaction ID. Recovery is not always possible, which is why the payment page shows the network so clearly.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. Every confirmed crypto payment has a printable receipt in your payment history, which you can save as PDF. PayPal sends its own receipt by email.

How long does a Business Account last?

The term you paid for: one month, three months, or a year. It does not renew automatically, so you are never charged unexpectedly. A notification arrives before it expires.

Is there a subscription to cancel?

No. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Not buying another term is how you stop.

What happens when it expires?

You lose the hiring features. Your company profile, job posts, and account stay intact. Buy another term and everything returns. See what happens when it ends.

Is the annual plan actually cheaper?

Yes. Monthly is $19.99, three months $49.99, a year $149.99. Annual works out to roughly seven and a half months at the monthly rate.

Can I get a refund?

Email hello@hirevers.com with the transaction details if you believe something was charged in error. The transaction ID is what lets us find it quickly.

My referral code was rejected. Why?

The checkout page tells you which applies before you pay. Referral codes work the same for every payment method.

Why is my own referral discount not applying?

Using your own discount requires an active Business Account. If yours expired, it stops applying until you reactivate. Your code still works for other people either way.

Do renewals count toward my referral total?

No. Only a person's first purchase counts, which keeps referral numbers meaningful.

Can I withdraw referral coins as money?

Yes, in Bitcoin, USDT, or USDC, once you reach the required tier. See cashing out referral coins.

Does buying ads make me appear higher in search?

No. Ads sit in fixed, labelled slots and do not change where your profile appears in normal browsing or search.

How many ads can I run at once?

One active ad per business. You can switch which one is active from your dashboard whenever you like.
