My Crypto Payment Was Not Confirmed
Sent crypto but your plan is not active? Report the payment with its transaction ID and Hirevers checks it on the blockchain.
Last updated
Most crypto payments confirm automatically. When one does not, for example because the timer ran out before the network confirmed it, or because an exchange took its fee out of the amount, you can report it instead of paying again.
Do not pay twice
If you already sent funds, report the payment. A second payment is a separate transfer and is not merged with the first.
How to report a payment
Open your payment history
From your dashboard, press View all on the Recent Payments card, or open Payments from Quick Links.
Press Report payment
It appears on payments that are not confirmed yet.
Enter the transaction ID
Copy it from your wallet or your exchange's withdrawal history. IDs starting with 0x are fine.
Add a note and a screenshot (optional)
A short note helps, for example: I paid from an exchange. You can attach a screenshot or PDF of the transfer.
Wait for the review
The payment shows Report under review. You get a notification when the review is done.
What happens next
- Approved: your plan or ad activates and you receive the usual confirmation.
- Not approved: your payment history shows the reason, and you get a notification. You can report again with a different transaction if you used the wrong one.
Before you report
The transaction must reach Hirevers
It has to send funds to the Hirevers address shown on the payment page. Reports for transactions that sent nothing to Hirevers are rejected immediately.
Report within 30 days
Payments older than 30 days cannot be reported from your dashboard. Contact support instead.
One transaction, one report
Each transaction ID can be reported once, and each payment can have one report under review at a time.
Frequently asked questions
I sent crypto but my Hirevers plan is not active. What do I do?
Do not pay again. Open Payments from your dashboard, find the payment, press Report payment, and enter the transaction ID. Hirevers checks the transaction on the blockchain and notifies you when it is reviewed.
Where do I find my transaction ID?
In your wallet's transaction history, or in your exchange's withdrawal history, usually labelled TxID or transaction hash. It is a long string of letters and numbers.
