What the form asks for

| Start and end time | Entered in your own time zone. Attendees see it in theirs. |
| Skills and topics | Suggestions come from the same skill list as Hirevers. |
| Cover image | Optional, but events with an image stand out. |
| Certificate | Turn this on to issue certificates of participation. |
Offering certificates
With certificates turned on, Academy creates an attendance code for your event and gives you an attendance page to manage attendees. See attendance codes and certificates.
Editing and deleting
Editing
Active events can be edited from your dashboard. The start time cannot be moved into the past.
Deleting
Events without issued certificates are deleted. Events with issued certificates are archived instead: hidden from listings, while their certificates stay verifiable.
Limits and guidelines
- Up to 10 events per 24 hours per account.
- Events must follow the Community Guidelines: real, free learning events, honest descriptions, and no spam.
Reported events are reviewed
If an event receives many reports in a short time, it is hidden while Hirevers reviews it, and the organizer gets an email. Certificates of an event under review show as Under Review until the review is complete.

Can anyone post an event on Hirevers Academy?
Yes. Anyone with a Hirevers account can post free IT learning events. Events must follow the Academy Community Guidelines.
Does it cost anything to post an event?
No. Posting events and issuing certificates of participation are free. Promotion and blockchain-verified certificates are optional paid extras.
