Claiming Your Certificate
Enter the attendance code during the session to receive your certificate, then download it, share its verification page, or add it to LinkedIn.

Certificates on Hirevers Academy are tied to real attendance. The organizer shares a code during the live session, and only people who enter it receive a certificate.
Before the event: set your certificate name
Open My Certificates and check the name you want printed, for example your full name instead of a nickname. It is used for the certificates you claim from then on.
Claiming
Attend the session
The organizer shares a 6-character attendance code, usually near the end.
Open the event page while signed in
The organizer usually posts the event link in the chat together with the code.
Enter the code
Your certificate is issued immediately, and a confirmation email follows.
When claiming is open
From 15 minutes before the event starts until 48 hours after it ends. After that, codes no longer work.
After claiming
Download the PDF
From the event page or from My Certificates.
Share the verification page
Each certificate has a public page at academy.hirevers.com/verify followed by its ID.
Add it to LinkedIn
The Add to LinkedIn button fills in the name, ID, and verification link for you.
Participant certificate IDs start with HC-. The PDF also has a QR code that opens the verification page.
If the code does not work
- Check the characters. Codes are 6 letters and numbers, not case sensitive.
- Ask the organizer whether they generated a new code. Old codes stop working when a new one is created.
- Too many attempts. After 5 wrong codes in 15 minutes, wait a little before trying again.
- Outside the claim window. Codes only work during the times above.
If your certificate shows as revoked
The organizer revoked it, or Hirevers removed the event. Contact the organizer first. If you believe it is a mistake, contact support with the certificate ID.
