How the Hirevers Referral Program Works
Share your code, help others save on their first purchase, and earn a commission on your own.
Every account comes with a personal referral code - both Freelancer and Business accounts. When someone signs up through your link and buys a Business Account, it counts toward your total, which unlocks discounts for you, a commission paid in coins, and eventually the ability to cash those coins out.
Finding your code
Go to Referral in your dashboard:
Your 8-character code
Never contains I, O, 0, or 1, so it cannot be misread aloud or mistyped.
A shareable link
In the format hirevers.com/hv/YOURCODE.
Your count and tier
How many referrals you have and what the next tier needs.
Your coin balance
Withdrawable as Bitcoin once you reach the required tier.
What counts
A referral counts when someone who signed up through your link makes their first Business Account purchase.
Two limits worth knowing
Signing up alone does not count, since the person has to complete a purchase. And only their first purchase ever counts, so renewals do not add to your total. This keeps the numbers honest rather than inflated by repeat billing.
Freelancers can refer too
You do not need a Business Account to take part. Freelancer accounts can share a referral link, build up a referral count, climb tiers, and earn commission exactly like Business accounts - just at a different rate. See how commission works for the numbers.
The best people to share your link with are people who need to hire IT talent - a past client, a friend starting a business, anyone in your network who is looking to bring on developers or designers. Sharing your link with fellow freelancers will not earn anything, since referrals only count when the other person buys a Business Account.
What the other person gets
Anyone entering your code at checkout gets a discount on their first purchase, but only if your code comes from an active Business Account. How big the discount is depends on your tier, not theirs.
Below 5 referrals you have no tier yet, but your code still works and still gives them 10% off, as long as you hold an active Business Account. If your code belongs to a Freelancer account, it can still be entered and will still count toward your referral total, but it will not discount the other person's purchase.

Your own discount needs an active Business Account
To use your discount at checkout, your Business Account must be active. If it has expired, the discount stops applying until you reactivate. Your code still works for other people either way, and your commission on referrals keeps accruing regardless.
