Replying to Reviews on Your Service
Respond publicly to reviews left on your service listings, and edit or remove your reply later.
When someone reviews your service, you can post a public reply. It appears directly under the review, marked with a purple line on the left so visitors can tell the two apart.
How to reply
Open your service page
Or scroll to the reviews section on your public profile.
Find the review
The Reply button is only visible to you as the service owner. Visitors never see it.
Write and save
Your reply appears immediately, publicly, beneath the review.
One reply per review
Each review can have a single reply, which you can edit or delete whenever you want.
You cannot delete the review itself
Deleting your reply removes only your reply. Reviews written by other people stay, and that is deliberate: a rating nobody can remove is worth something to the person reading it.
The reviewer gets notified
They are notified the first time you reply. Editing afterwards does not send another notification, so you can fix a typo without pinging them again.
What a good reply looks like
Keep praise short
A brief, warm thank you reads better than a long one.
Answer criticism calmly
Future clients read how you handle problems, not just your star count.
Keep the project private
No client names or internal details, even to defend yourself.
No contact details
Leave those to your profile, where they belong.
